This was our favorite hotel on our Euro-trip. Close enough to the river to hear and enjoy it and close enough to walk to the city center. Plenty of space for my husband and I in the standard room. It was nice to have controllable A/C and the room was clean. The bed wasn’t too hard or too soft and the shower temperature and pressure were also just right. We enjoyed using the amenities too like the pool and many saunas. Friendly staff and we really enjoyed the breakfast service each day too! Would stay here again.

A Gem of a hotel, I can't wait to return What a gem of a hotel, from the moment you arrive you know this is a special hotel. Check in was quick and the reception staff were excellent. The hotel has a private underground carpark with elevator access to the hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a Juliette balcony. The bathroom was a decent size with double sink and a full bath. Only down side was the body wash is bolted to the wall and slightly inaccessible when sat in the bathtub. Pre dinner drinks could be taken on the terrace overlooking the river Isel. Dinner was a fine dining affair, we opted for the taster menu and it didn't disappoint. On the way to the dining room there is a glass floor so you can see into the cellar and the wine tasing area. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options available both hot and cold. This hotel is exceptional, it was a real pleasure to stay and I will most definitely return.

I cannot praise the restaurant staff and chef enough. The meal was delicious as expected. But it is rare that I stay at a hotel and do not go to bed or wake in the middle of the night with a migraine. I have a long list of food allergies that I relay to wait staff to translate to the chef and more often than not something is still cooked in and I am suffering. So a delicious meal and restful night is more elusive than you might believe. To me it goes to the professionalism and attention to detail common to the hotel. An excellent stay.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, kind and attentive staff! Even the standard rooms are big, clean, spacious and well equipped. Views are amazing no matter which room you get. Breakfast was varied, nice selection of fruits, cheese, hot/cold ingredients. City center is about 5 minutes walk from hotel. Definitely a 5 star hotel, both in terms of equipment, quality and attention to detail, I really enjoyed my stay here!! I only wish there was baked beans for breakfast ;)
